Maybe its the biggest turn around since our win in the Euro final but im starting to think maybe we stay with rafa for one more season if he can be given some money to play with. I mean real money as well at least 50 mill. If he fooks up on that then no doubts he is not the man. Reason for my change of mind, who the hell else could do his job?

you seriously can't think of another manager that would spend £50m more wisely and improve the team on all aspects?

the problem is a new manager would want to bring in a lot of his own players and would 50m be enough.

£50m plus what he would generate from player sales would be more then enough imo

its enough for two or three. theres enough quality in our squad to put in a decent season next year.

now that's really starting from scratch - are you willing to wait a few more years?

why is that starting from scratch? £50m is enough to add 2-3 top quality players, then IF the manager wants more he could sell one or two players.

Sorry I misunderstood - sell one or two players that's grand....I thought you were going for a big clearout with the new manager - if that was done then that would be starting from scratch

just a thought (the same one again!).....Why can't Rafa add those 2 or 3 quality players to the team we already have?

the problem is rafa will be here next season unless we get a mourinio or a hiddink so we just have to wait and see.

in my opinion there's too much wrong with rafa, it's not only that we're missing 3 or 4 players. im tired of his negative tactics and as i said in another thread earlier today, rafa is too cautious. he sees the risks, not the opportunities...
