I just don't think you can make a judgement on a manager who has been in the Premiership for 14 games.

Nah, I was never championing his name around myself - but if you told me we could swap Rodgers for Koeman right now, no questions asked.. I'd bite your arm off!

And then we will out like Spurs did when they grabbed the previous Southampton manager. We need an experienced manager not a 14 game wonder.

What I was saying was completely hypothetical - as in, no one gets sacked, no money changes hands, no contracts signed.. just a straight, hypothetical switch.

What I'm getting at (and no, I don't want us to sign Koeman) is a change of face, fresh eyes & fresh ideas on the squad. Rodgers has become blind to the sittuation.

I think this is a very fair point, although he has brought Lucas and Toure back into the team of late, something I have wanted since the Madrid away game.
