Considering his track record and the fact we appeared about the only club willing to take him, was it too much to ask that the club had something inserted about using this social media tosh?
It seems virtually every other day some football player is in trouble for upsetting someone on this stuff.
Mario being in trouble on Twatter or whatever it is, was about as predictable as a politician seen in photo op at the mall with a baby.

It's not just footballers making tw@ts of themselves on it though. The web is full of bull sh!t and people thinking they can say what they want and get away with it (cyber bullying and the like). Some of the trolling on Tw@tter is disgusting!

The type of people offended by his post are they type that get offended at EVERYTHING. The post mentioned Blacks (he is black), Italians (he is Italian), Jews (his mother is jewish)..........if anyone views the post as negative then maybe they can explain why he has publicly insulted himself 3 times!??!!? Absolute nonsense and I can't believe the fuss it has caused. But that's the media for you. Suarez has gone so they need to bully someone else now.

nope - but suarez was an easy target being a foreigner . dave whelan now is on record as a racist and I have barely read any articles. every newspaper had about 10 editorials a day going after luis. double standards Suarez isn't racist, Whelan isn't racist. Balotelli isn't racist. Unless of course you want to jump on the childish and overly-sensitive media bandwagon that accuses anyone of racism that simply mentions another persons colour or heritage.

Soon it will be worse than nazi germany and you'll have to think twice beforee telling your wife a dirty joke coz it could offend someone in God knows where. Why wouldn'ttelling "blond jokes" be considered racial abuse? Is it allright for a white person to make jokes about blond women but not a black person? Where are we heading ffs?

But it does seem OK to be offensive about things like that, hair colour, size, build, how you speak etc. etc. How is that any different to this stereotyping of what Mario posted? If it's a joke (I'm normally the first to take the p!ss out of gingers!) then what's the harm?
