Our scum media will dredge up every opportunity to vilify Mario. I fully expect them to monitor him walking across a grass verge on his way to his local shop, then publish a headline like "Balotelli is ruining the environment" before long. If he played for ManUre, and resembled the sneaky, dirty, antagonistic tw@t Robin Van P!sser, there wouldn't be an adverse word published no matter what he did off the field. Come on people, let's defend our own.
There's a good reason we paid £16 million for the guy notwithstanding all the so-called baggage that came with him. It could be called festering talent, perhaps if fans got behind him we might see the true genius that exists.
I would rather watch one poor Mario performance than 200+ displays by the likes of Lucas Leiva, Mamadou Sakho, or Jordan Henderson! At least you know there will be entertainment on show at some stage. Other than banal crap, which some posters on here seem to find acceptable.
