I admit I may have over done it with the death-wish, but regardless of the excuses that he comes up with, Liverpool should be finishing in the top 4 and should be competing for the PL. Saying that this is too high of an expectation is just not reasonable for a manager of a top 4 team. So we 'overachieved' right? Well I suppose we 'overachieved' for the Champions League too. What about the FA cup?
It's a high expectation when he knows he can't achieve it because its his fault, but when he actually accomplishes something good then its Liverpool's/his nature to do THAT good- my explanation of that isn't too good is it? lol

So, after 6 years and the third highest net spend in the PL, what exactly should be expected? Rampant mediocrity, negative tactics, and a disillusioned fan-base? In that case, we're bang on plan.
