Rafa is 100 percent better with transfers than Rodgers, there is no doubt about that. But he had his time and he hasn't done ever so great since. What's the point in looking back? Are players really gonna think, ahhh now we're heading in the right direction and raise their game?? ..........apart from win the UEFA cup with Chelsea????????? Indeed, but he couldn't qualify Chelsea for the next round in the CL, this is how they ended up in the Europa league. Also, Rafa has hardly been great with Roma, in fact they regressed with him. That said, IMO, he is better than BR. I'm confused?

Although i wouldn't be entirely comfortable with the return of Rafa it wouldn't be on the basis of him being a bit of a looney tune, I think a bit of madness in a manager can go a long way. I hear you.

I'd say his record at Roma is unblemished seeing as he's never managed them.
That job interview was going so well until I realized I was fukked up on acid in the middle of a cornfield naked and talking to a scarecrow.

Winning the UEFA cup with a side that should have been competing for the champions league trophy you mean? That's why I said he hasn't done ever so great. He hasn't done badly, but he hasn't done great either. He won the EUFA Cup with Chelsea supporters on his back and without any backing from management. What has BR won absolutely Fvckall!

And don't get me wrong I am in no way a Rafa supporter but we can do a whole lot worse. At the rate this season is going we might finish below MU, Swansea and bloody Southampton. WTF?

He won the UEFA cup, a second rate competition, with a first rate squad, not just first 11, and someone else's squad and first 11 at that. As I said, he didn't do badly, but he hasn't done great either. At any club he's been to since us. He's had his time. Silly to go back.
