The problems with our team
1 Johnson liability whenever he plays
2 Gerrard, legs gone but gets into the team due to his name.
3 Skrtel, as the senior defender does not talk enough to the less experienced members of our defence.
4 Sterling, no end products, does not pick the correct option at all times
5 Henderson, energy yes but a headless chicken at time
6 No one willing to connect the attack with midfield, Balotelli does not drop back and no one in midfield is willing to be a 2nd striker.
I'm a fan of BR but he should have the balls to give Gerrard and Johnson a sustained break from the team.
Time for youth, Can, Markovic, Suso when fit, Ros
sister, Illori, let Manquillo replace Johnson.

3. He is not the only one though.
4. Sterling has no option but to try and go himself. Nobody can keep up with him from our team and nobody is supporting him at all. He is getting clattered left right and centre by every team we play because he CAN play.
5. Needs to be given the chance to lead this team instead of Gerrard.

I understand you wanting the young players in but a lot of money has been spent on supposedly ready made players who are far from that.
We look worse with Johnson than Manquillo. Ilori needs to be brought back. Can looks good and will be a very good player as will Markovic but not this season.
There are 3 or 4 passengers in this team every single week and the same names keep cropping up.
But I agree with KP.
Who would you bring in?
Give it time. It will come good. When it does this will be a remarkable team.
