Yes, I have seen them play. You are correct about their defense and our forward signings. But they will do everything in their power to keep LFC off the score sheet, which apparently doesn't require much effort presently. However, The fact that they can get more goals now doesn't take away from their defensive play. It takes away from their need to play a defensive game in the manner they did last year (parking the bus). I hope I'm wrong but their midfield has the ability to dominate this game. No need for a defensive mind set on their part.

Jose loves to play against Liverpool. And he loves to skool B.R. I hate the man but tactically he always comes out on top.
I wish B.R. would get over his little boy / puppy dog mentality when he comes up against Jose.
The over-the-top greeting to his master at the start of the game and the congratulatory worship after the defeat.
I want to see anger and passion and no defeat attitude, never give in and no mercy from our manager and that would flow on to our players.
No more being JOse's little puppy Brenden, please, its pathetic.

No need for a defensive mind set on their part. The chances of a win in this game is as low as against RM, but, miracles do happen, though rarely. At least it would be some good tactical coaching for BR fron Jose, hopefully he will learn something from his teacher. Last season he congratulated Jose by text apparently after understanding the latter's game plan a day after the match despite being very critical on the day after the game.

I can now say with certainty that I’m much less certain of defeat....thanks for that Stanley!

I would change a lot of things up:

I don't know why we cannot make Toure more like David Luiz at Chelsea. Rafa turned him into a defensive midfielder and that worked well. We can do the same with Kolo, gives a good cushion to Skrtel and Lovren and some leadership.
