So i THINK he's only going to be available for the final. I would go with Kuyt up front because I know he isn't going to start with Pacheco. Though he is most likely going to start with Ngog up front .

Yea, ian Rush also favours kuyt, according to a article i read today, ian rush says pachecho aint ready, he too light weight, and cant lead the line, unless he plays off somebody.

Its going be kuyt or ngog, percentages favour kuyt.

pacheco will never lead the line. he's not that kind of player. his best position is a bit behind the striker.

but it's nonsense to say he's too light weight for the 1st team.

I'l Correct ya . Europe red cards only count for 1 game suspension. Also 2 yellows will will get u suspended for 1 game too.

defoe managed alright leading the line for spuds earlier this season, he is hardly tall ..... that is just typical of british football mentality - if the ball isn't being hoofed up in the air why does he need to be tall? all we have to do is keep the ball on the ground and play it to his feet ffs ..... barca managed ok without zlatan this season, in fact they looked awful last night with zlatan back to lead the line instead of a combo of messi and pedro (who are both as 'lightweight' as pacheco)

I agree with you on Zlatan - opinion is clearly divided on how good he is - but for me he is simply not mobile enough for Barcelona's game.

I think Kop_Swede is right though that Pacheco is better playing off a striker, and I think this is also what Rush was trying to say in that he should not be regarded as a replacement for Torres.

So not too lightweight for 1st team, just too lightweight to play the same game as Torres
