The Dortmund form is a strange one at the moment, they look awesome in Europe yet can't buy a win in the Bundesliga!

Think it's too early to look at managerial changes but BR has to learn from mistakes and have a plan B, we need to become more aggressive, cynical even and make ourselves difficult to play against.

indeed dortmund form is strange, but the reason i say it is because everyone is quick to call for klopp because of his development with dortmund but the same fans ignore the fact that Klopp is going through same squad issues as BR or even worse. Everybody wants a big name coach and big name player but no knows what it took to become a big name. At some point klopp was a nobody he got some young talent and groom them and won back to back title(hes a genius) lost his best players things start declining sounds familiar minus the back to back titles.

We got spoilt last season all the odds were in our favour from match scheduling to penalty calls, this season we have to fight for everything with odds against us, lallana miss pre season sturridge injured, players who should have left to bring in new ones stayed. But even with that we are still goal difference behind our target.

The truth is Lfc has been playing with Plan B ever since sturridge got injured. A big target man to lunge the ball to, we need to get back to plan A and start possessing the ball. Even with the defence i wouldn't even call it a mistake but a problem because the only way we as fans know to fix it is to get better players but the window is shut and believe it or not thats our best back 4. Br isn't doing all wrong. Keep the second half line up and we should start winning.

Our defence is poor full stop and there doesn't seem to be any defensive formation. Watching us this morning against Real was chalk and cheese and that's not just when we attacked. Every time we went forward there were two even lines of four players pushing back in unison but every time Real went forward, our defence was all over the place scrambling for position! I know some people weren't keen on Rafa but at least we had a decent defensive structure and didn't concede as easily as we do now. And I'm definitely not saying I want Rafa back. Just a decent defensive coach would do to sort this sh1t out!

Getting beaten by RM and even the score line is no surprise to me and shouldn't be to anyone, except probably Faz. They have a much much better team and i don't think that we need to call for Rodgers' head after this game.

However, looking at the way we are playing, especially regarding goals conceded since his arrival, I have no confidence that we will win anything with him at the helm. I think that it is fair to start looking at plan B, ie a proven manager who has won things and who would be available and definitely not take chances with rookies again. There are not many i can think of. Simeone and Klopp come to my mind and i am impressed with Koeman but the latter still needs to confirm over at least a full season. That said, if we are struggling to be in top 4 by Dec, we will need to make a change end of the year.

He needs to improve in the next few games or be off.

Like I have said previously I don't think we should be looking at managerial change but if that becomes the case then we shouldn't look any further than Diego Simeone at Atletico Madrid, if we could get him that is!

While watching last nights game the exact thought came to mind. Only for his tactical ability in games like these. But ffs he had us play some boring football in his time and the dude is mental.
