That job interview was going so well until I realized I was fukked up on acid in the middle of a cornfield naked and talking to a scarecrow.

Difference is tho wilks SP puts his view across without personal insults VIsh puts his across with personal insults so will always look second best in that argument as no one likes posters that insult others disagree fine, use insults suggest you lack something in your argument !

Repeating (a lot of times) that he is subsidising my tv subscription is also an insult in my books, this is why I said he is talking crap and is stupid, that all. Anyway, I am not reponding to him anymore.

The way i see it, Stan's insistence on trying to propogate this ludicrous notion that local fans are better than overseas ones, his refusal to acknowledge the oposing sides view, his refusal to even read some posts before he replies to them in a provacative manner and his refusal to accept proven facts and figures whilst at the same time posting unsubstantiated opinion, without any real explanation or evidence to back it up, is a much bigger insult to forum users than calling someone stupid.

Add to that the fact that despite evidence pointing towards the opposite od his view, many reputable institutions saying the opposite of his theories and his reluctance to even consider their views, whilst pushing on with his personal FSG witch hunt, suggests trolling, and no one likes a troll.

Back to the topic though, i am interested in how SP would explain the simple matter of tennis. It is not anyone's national sport yet has a multimillion fan base and viewership with millions of fans around the world paying subscriptions to able to watch. According to Stan, they don't exist because no one wants to pay to watch something which isn't their national sport.

P.S. Stan recently mentioned he watched an NFL game and he might as well because he is paying for it. Does this mean the 55 quid you are paying monthly is not only for the PL games but for other sports too such as NFL, rugby, tennis...if so, how exactly do you that you are subsidizing Vish or myself? You are paying for a sports package on TV, by choice, not only for the PL. My subscription does not include NFL or rugby games but purely PL footie. I pay extra for Eurosport. My PL,exclusively, subscription fee is £25. If you are paying more but still getting more sports including rugby, NFL etc, you can hardly argue the price difference as you are paying more but also getting more.

Exactly sixties I would like to bet vish does not talk to people like that to their face in real life it's easy to be a hard man behind a keyboard. As ninja you put words in people's mouths I never said any of those things you claim you also have a tendency to put deliberately provocative posts about how great FSG are knowing it will stir the pot. Football is britains national sport and a team game I have no idea how it relates to tennis which is an individual sport like boxing. We are subsidising your viewing like it or not by paying at the match and by subscribing to TV packages which are four times the price overseas. To be fair I do accept though that overseas fans make a big contribution to the club and I welcome that as I do all fans wherever they are from I am don't live in Liverpool remember. I feel in the TV spectrum the income from overseas fans is a contribution to the core business which us in the uk if the uk business ceased the whole industry would collapse overnight. That's self evident. In terms of the stadium it was clear to me as a distant fan of NFL and looking at it as I would say a young Chinese person looking for a team to follow then for me the stadium was a factor, not the main factor but a big factor none the less. Vish proposed it has no influence at all that's clearly complete rubbish. As I understand the NFL they have franchises that move around and are very much geared to TV audiences and they have magnificent impressive stadiums that's no accident the Americans understand business and selling. If the stadium did not matter as vish says they would be playing in small run downs stadiums like anfield but they are not and there is a very good reason why not.

So in your world you are subsidizing our viewing...OK. well that's fantastic, long may it continue. Unbelievable.

Oh and this..."if he said it to my face"...nothing more than willy waving! Seriously guys.

In another note, the last FSG thread i made is the one titled "the FSG thread" from ages ago, and just because my opinion is that they are doing a good job does not make it provocative or fishing.

I think everyone can see who has been bringing FSG up the most in the past 3 months.

Deliberately derailing threads and changing every thread into a stadium and ownership debate though, that in my eyes is trolling and winning, something SP is very very guilty of and something everybody can see.

I'm done here.

You keep confusing pricing strategy with subsidy, but, this is your problem, seriously.

Pricing strategy /subsidy that's semantics it amounts to the same thing the uk fans are being hammered from all directions and they are the core business that's a dangerous policy they may kill the golden goose. If they think they will get away with charging £1000 to watch TV premiershio football in the uk they might be in for a surprise. Then let's see where we end up. Enjoy your TV package while you can
