KopTalk.com Forums Football Liverpool FC Forum can we not just get a real manager and proper players?

Utd looked bloody average this afternoon - thing is nEverton didn't look arsed themselves. When Utd defend they don't close down and completely stand off the player - there is so much space in that midfield / defence it's unreal.

We have more than our fair share of problems right now, but Utd are in a far worse off position IMO. They will win games, but they will lose substantially more than us this season - guarantee it.

The mancs got the result we would have got v Everton without Jagielka's worldy. Yeah they've bounced back well... but only the truly myopic had them eternally written off after last season. They always buy their way out of trouble and they're not back to Fergie status just yet. The Falcao loan is ridiculous and only a couple of clubs in the world would be able to attempt that. Being jealous of it is pointless.

why is everything a fckin arse box of an approach? nothing is easy, everything is complicated, moneyballing, "a player for the future", southampton's finest, did great with swansea, isn't mental anymore (mario) , got a cool foreign name you've never heard.

fck this, just do the simple thing fsg.

one word. potential. they have it, we dont.

I didn't think potential was very good? It's not for any player we buy with it?

I can remember one popular poster on here who said they were finished I won't say who it is but he likes John Henry as a clue
