I remember about three years ago on this site complaining about Match ticket prices many uk fans who don't go to the games (carheex was one) made fun of me because they were ok or they thought they were. I bet they are not making fun now soon the armchair viewing will be more expensive than a season ticket. But it won't end there once the English fans have been extinguished the premiershio monster will turn it's gaze to you and overseas fans. That day will come a lot sooner than you think

It's looks almost as if they're having a laugh at your expense...

Muahahaha, if ever my subscription fees increase, I'll make a call whether it's value for money or not and also if I can afford it, instead of crying and moaning like a baby. Eventually, if I really want to watch games and cannot afford, I could try to get another job. I would definitely not feel bitter about others especially in other countries because prices are lower there.

Spot on. Its jealousy, that's what it is. Stanley is angry at you and me because we pay less. It takes a special kind of person to stoop to that level.

But premiershio football vish is our national sport we almost have a right to watch it. To you it just seems a commodity on your TV package. Also commercially all bubbles burst and premiershio will be no different and when it does the clubs will need to adopt a different strategy or cease to exist. The overseas market is very important as a supplement but the core business is and always will be in the north west of England. That's why not replacing our old and small stadium us such a calamity for the club. Football will return to a spectator sport with a developed TV package and sponsorship at lower prices to attract back the business that will inevitably be lost. You cannot simply carry on increasing prices for ever something has to give. As for moaning and crying I think I have a right to and so does my local MP who has previously raised the state of premiership football with the sports minister and the uk government are aware of the risk of our national game being harmed.

Keep moaning and crying then and don't tell me you are subsiding any of my tv packages as you are not, the FA is not selling overseas tv rights at a loss.

But we are subsidising you as I explained we pay more so you can pay less

Whether the FA are making a loss it not is not relevant to the pricing
