i never wanted to say it, i damn admire keane. especially his attitude, he doesnt take crap from anyone. he aint afraid of anyone
Yeah he's great!
Admits to trying to "do" an opponent.
Walks out on his country before a world cup when he's captain.
Gets forced out of the club he love's by a man who's been like a father to him.
Doing a pretty good job of f**ing up his career as a manager as well because of his fantastic attitude.
Great role model.
im not a expert on irish footie, i can say what i know, that he had a bust up with mcartney cos of poor training facilities.
Whatever keane had with the irish team, i still like his style, his leadership qualities.
I guarantee you, if he gets experience as a manager, he learns his trade and just polishes his remarks and reactions, he will be one helluva manager. He has all the ingredients. I know for a fact our very own captain Stevie G, admires and has a great deal of respect for Keane.
