Hurrah !

Looks like watching on tv is not that bad then.

Better than match of the day but not a patch on being there even you will admit that

Nah Staying in contention for the top four is the more important thats what keeps us in the cl not winning once your in it just my view

Sure but at this early stage with the amount of players we brought, others players can cover. A win on tuesday is the more crucial points to me because if we cant beat minnows we have no chance of qualifying to the next stage. A group stage exit would be disappointing. Pl has 35 more games. They are all important but you watch the top teams like chelsea and city, they will be using their squads heading into midweek and not relying on 1 player.

I suppose also Rodgers needs to stop sterling burning out like happened to Owen and to an extent Rooney

A prime example, city now playing using Lampard, Navas, Milner players usually on the bench.

If that's true then that's good news from what glimpses I have seen he has something but not obvious I think he might be a slow burn but come good

LFC XI: Mignolet, Manquillo, Moreno, Lovren, Sakho, Gerrard, Henderson, Coutinho, Markovic, Lallana, Balotelli

Like I said, Sterling needs a rest looking ahead to Tuesday, no surprise there.

Let's hope Coutinho turns up then! Good to see Markovic and Lallana start.
