Maybe but I understand the north west of England and the environment the big four city United Liverpool and Everton operate in I also mix with the people who attend these games every single day for all four clubs. That does not makes me an expert but it does give some context and perspective.

It also gives you the ability to comment on where you are from in every single post, that's always a good thing.

The echo website also indicates they are building commercial businesses around the ground so 70k really is it for all time. Vish says how do I know other clubs will be wanting to go to 70 k and beyond I don't. But if they do we are stuffed. Vish also says city can't fill 48k funny that because if he goes to the eithad today he would see lots of cranes as they are extending it. Long term it can be any size it likes due to the space. In twenty years time I am confident city will have the support base of Liverpool (as was) or Manchester United. Also I see vish is poking fun saying I am a part time accountant that's a sure sign he is losing the argument whatever my circumstances are, are nothing whatsoever to do with Liverpool's stadium problem.

It seems to me you spend more time at the etihad and old trafford, and with your Manchester supporting mates than you do at Andield with other kopites. How easily people can be bought, one shiny stadium is all it takes.

I have lived in this area all my life and had to put up with Manchester mates (and still do) mocking Liverpool for the clubs small outdated ground. Now that sore will never be resolved. I see old Trafford maybe once a month it hurts seeing a photo of it does not do it justice it's jaw dropping. Have you ever seen it marko ?

No, i intentionally avoid looking at OT. I once had to go into special surgery to have the memory erased after I accidentally caught a glimpse if it on the telly. I cant talk about it anymore though, the memory is too painful.

would this be the same Arsenal with a 60000 stadium? When 58000 is not deemed big enough for us?

I hate to say this but United are on a different planet to Liverpool and have been for some years city are catching them up. When I was a teenagers Everton and Liverpool were better than them ground wise. Everton and Liverpool I think will never catch them now our last chance was FSG and that's turned to dust

Arsenal is in London totally different to the north west of England corporate and ticket wise and crucially arsenal have space to expand as do all our rivals with the exception of Chelsea but you seem happy with limiting Liverpool and given that's what's happening you should celebrate
