Oh yeah, the comparisons were garbage. Completely different player. About all the have in common is that they're black English forwards with pace. Sturridge almost plays like a Brazillian with his tricky dribbling and movement, and he's a predatory finisher. Wellbeck is a workhorse, and he's a pretty good passer and one touch player, but he's simply not a flair player like Studge.
