A 12 million loan with a clause to buy for 65mil....(simply to get around ffp)....or Mario for 13mil. No brainer in my opinion.
I would have liked Remy but it seems Fabio screwed us on that one.

I would have liked Remy but it seems Fabio screwed us on that one. BBC says a 6m loan to buy for 43.5m and I thought Mario was 16m. If Falcoa is as good as he was before his injury, 43.5m is good when you look at the prices top strikers go.

Falcao will be a good signing for them, but he's not a priority. They need defenders.

Falcao will be a good signing for them, but he's not a priority. They need defenders. For a 6m loan with an option to buy, I would have gone for him instead of Balotelli. I think we didn't get him because he was still thinking of going to Madrid.

Surprised a lot of other clubs weren't in for him at that price vish, I guess his wages have probably been a huge factor.

He's not far off 30yrs old, has had a few injuries, and has never played in the premier league. He 'might' do well but he could just as easily fail miserably.
