Well 'appy with the last 64.5 minutes of that game. Lucas's goal was a peach, and he played well too. All the goals were good, and Ben's was most excellent too...for them and to watch as a neutral I suppose. In fact the whole team seemed to be playing footie from the same hymn sheet or summat. Where've they all been all season ey?  Frock re'earsal for the final next month in Hamberg this Saturday p'raps?  You reckon the mancs would swap places with us in the Uefa cup growls?

Probably more like 90% dub thats better. otherwise i would have ben reading all your posts with a cavan/dublin mongrel accent.

Didn't want to admit it but i thought they were going to win the CL since the start of the season,phew.
Don't think they would swap places with us either,jeez when was the last time they weren't in the CL.

Don't think they would swap places with us either,jeez when was the last time they weren't in the CL. 2005 they finished bottom of their group which contained Lille and that season they finished 3rd in the league and lost in the FA cup final to Arsenal on penalties. Cant remember who won the champions league that year.

Well sittin' back and thinkin' positively for a mo...amongst all the gloom we've had to endure this last 9 months....would you rather NOT win the C.L or WIN the Europa laeuge instead. Bit of a no brainer really imo. The scum will be pretty damned sick about us now I reckon. Not that we're actually in the final yet, but hey, what the hell ey? Progressed further than them in Europe against a very good team who WILL be in the CL next season, and up there with the best too!

Can you imagine how they'd feel if they finish 3rd in the league and watch us lift that trophy in Germany come May after the season we've had
