Just too add some bitterness to it all I wouldn't be comfortable relying on Sturridge.

Always been a doubter of him, and first to admit his talent far out weighed what i thought he could do..still, something about him i just don't trust...he kinda disappeared in the crucial title run in too. Think bony is gonna be our number 1 guy, he is more level headed

Nando's main strength was his speed which he lost through injury and with it his confidence. Getting that back will not be easy.

I think a front 3 of Sterling, Sturridge, Markovic with Bony coming in when sturridge is injured should produce a lot of goals. Lallana may provide more goals from midfield as well. Coutinho and Henderson definitely need to score more to replace some of those goals as well.

Still plenty of goals in the team, no progress yet on improving the defense though, thats my biggest worry. Need to get Skrtel and Johnson out the team and sign a left back and move flannagan

Torres? I wouldnt be confident if he was taking a penalty with no goalie.

The problem with Sturridge is that he carries injury alot and when he is hurt and plays he is shyyt. Also we dont just have to replace 31 goals but a number of assist as well. Plus the fact that teams focused a ton of attention on Luis frees up everyone else.

There is Lambert and we are definitely going to buy one more striker, there is no need to panic.

Lambert is underrated, I think he will surprise us all. In Lallana we have true talent, best investment in a player we made thus far.

I was a bit underwhelmed by the signing of Lallana but he is a goalscorer. If he plays left side of the midfield 3 where coutinho or Allen played last season thats an extra 10 goals right there from midfield

Everyone is going to appear on the face of it to be a bit underwhelming now, after witnessing that crazy net bursting loon pot for the past couple of years we've just unfortunately lost.

Keep the faith. I reckon things will turn out better than some gloom mongers in here are expecting.
