Rumour has it that LVG is going to try to get united playing in a 3-4-3 formation. I hope this is true as it has proven itself to be quite ineffective in the PL.
Who proved that it was ineffective in the PL? Can't remember who played 3-4-3.
Well for starters, in the 2012/2013 season, the 4-2-3-1 formation was used more 1250 times, whilst the 3-4-3 formation was used only 26 times, and only by Wigan, who got relegated.
Also, surely it is no coincidence that no team other than wigan was willing to use the 3-4-3 formation even once during the season.
