Perhaps in Uraguay the word balance means mind.

I think LFC should stick to their guns and not be bullied into a cut-price sale. If the controversy hasn't put Barca off (who are already stacked with world class players and don't really need him) - then why should we let the media determine how we play this out. 100 mil or we keep him - simples.

100m? Are you mad? His release clause is much lower than that - very simples

He is better than bale in my opinion so £100m looks about right to me I don't know anything about clauses as I have not had sight of Suarez contract

We'll see if he does go for 100m then.

FSG played it absolutely right last time. If his ban shrinks enough and we can find any way of keeping him, we should. If Barca can stomach him (keep in mind he just received player of year award) I sure as hell can. Personally, I couldn't care a less about his issues as long as he gives it 100% on the field. He bit a bloke - that is also a piece of work, in at least as calculated a manner, and we have to sell to a champions league rival because other people, with all sorts of vested interests say we should? Not in my book. I'm sick of it. I'm just hoping that FSG can stand far enough back from this and see that having a world class player at centre forward is worth fielding some hurt over. Why can't we buy Sanchez and keep Suarez? All this talk of selling Sanchez in a deal must be making his position at Barca untenable. How does he feel about it? We should make an offer on him whilst seeking to keep Suarez. How can Barca block the move if we make a decent offer? How will they justify keeping him from a club that actually wants to use him in their first team?

We should exploit the situation to the full, not acquiesce to bullying.

Right on the nail mate agree with every word. Suarez for me is the best player ever to wear the red of Liverpool in its history even billy Liddell unless we get a ridiculous offer we should keep him

Before all this kicked off we were looking to build around him for next season and yes it would take £100m to get him. He turfed Rooneyland out of the WC when hardly half fit. He is severely damaged goods now but we should not sell for less than £80m or £90m if a domestic ban is overturned. Because if he does this again, and somebody must have told him this, it will be a lifetime ban next time. We need to cash in whilst we still can.

Why do you think Barca aren't worried about this 'life time ban' issue?

Can they afford the risk more than us?

Funny how, at LFC for a whole season, we see none of this. If we can manage this damaged man for one year, why not three more?

If he bites again and receives a life ban - he won't playing for anyone so he's under even more pressure to behave.
