I have a suspicion he knew exactly what he was doing and did it intentionally....i think the ban applies to the league too if he does get a ban but i just have a feeling he might have done this thinking LFC will want to get rid. That conspiracy theory would hold a little bit more credibility, but not much, IF Uruguay were out of the WC. Why would he deliberately scupper his own chances of playing in the last 16, quarters, semi or even the final itself. Next? Remember when he delibaretely handballed to keep Uruguay in the cup in SA, knowing full well he would see red ? He is like that, he will do whatever it takes, for the team to win. Also i presume that no ban will be handed out within the next 2 weeks, and then there is an appeal before the ban starts...so he will get to play out his games in the cup. Either way, its quite disgusting and not what i want to see from any LFC player. He can go as far as i am concerned, great talent, great servant, took much of a circus show.

cant believe some people are suggesting we should throw him off board, this is probably a good thing for us, as he will hopefully get a lengthy international ban, which will allow him to rest throughout the season during international breaks Any ban he recieves will probably include club football.

for those of you who don't understand why we say Suarez can go now, you have to understand that we are liverpool and we take pride in being a classy club. We have always been a classy club and we want to stay that way. If we lose our class, we lose our identity and become no better than those mercenaries from Chelsea and city....

I couldn't care less about Suarez tbh. I love lfc but this isn't going to affect games he plays for us and I really feel that he will probably depart this summer. I'm looking forward to a good season next year and I really hope we do well. To be quite frank, my interest in non lfc football has went down significantly as I have gotten older.
I still like to watch the CL an World Cup etc but I don't really give a toss who wins, in terms of the human aspect of what Suarez has done I prefer to be spared the righteous indignation. Ok biting isn't acceptable but in this world of poverty, drugs, kid getting shot and human trafficking etc, you really shouldn't get completely mental about a single bite. The amount of newspaper space and coverage this issue will get is absolutely ludacris. I believe that this could be better used to shine a light on real serious issues like drug abuse or something. However that doesn't sell paper, which is sad when you think about it.

Suarez wants to win at all cost and sometimes it gets the better of him. Id rather have him on our side. However if Barca still want him they have to pay . This sell him on the cheap to cut our losses is madness. He didnt kill anyone, he didnt rape anyone he just lashed out at a little kuuunt who was asking for it all game. Dumb yes but there are alot of dirtbags in the prem worse than him on and off the pitch.

You can only defend a player so much and considering that he has shown very little loyalty to us I think we should say enough is enough and get as much money as we can and move on. The murmurings of a move had already started as they did last summer so as much as he's a great great player he was never every going to pledge his undying love to LFC......fukc him now, I've had enough!

Yes, what you say is true but keep in mind that Suarez is a role model to thousands of kids out there...and during a world cup of course an incident like this will get major coverage. They are in the business of selling papers after all and unfortunately most people don't want to see or read about starving children Somalia or tribes going extinct in the amazon whilst they are having their breakfast.
I do care about LFC's image and the manner that its players conduct themselves in, on and off the pitch and in my mind this is unacceptable. Once, OK, he was young....twice..OK, poor judgement, we all make mistakes. Three times...OK,get yourself into a psych office because you are behaving like an animal.

We use to be a classy club with class players and legends in the backroom. Not so much anymore, we are what the press brand us as. When you have people like Suarez, Gerrard and Rodgers leading the club we will never be classy.
