Commercial revenue probably did rise but why is it that United did a much better job while we were the dominating force not only in England, but Europe? How did United afford to increase their seat capacity and we kept watching?

Because they were better than us and at commercial they are still better than us

Did the previous owners do as good a job, better a job or worse at developing commercial revenues than FSG?

No don't think so, it's their success on the field that has been THE factor in the commercial side and those managing the commercial side. However, the bigger capacity has helped the match day revenues and I am sure they would have the lowest cost per seat by just redeveloping/extending, instead of a brand new stadium.

If you go to Manchester on a match day (I go shopping) there are fans all over clutching merchandise Manchester United have redeveloped their ground but it's 75k and likely to go to £90k eventually. Liverpool max 58k

Exactly and that was in Moores time when we were dominating Europe. With owners like FSG then, we would have gone far ahead. When they took over we were in [oops] as you know, already out of CL and no money to invest in players, no money to pay bank interests.

Adidas dumped us because they didn't want to pay enough because we were out of CL, it's FSG or managers appointed by them that got Warriors, Standard Chartered and the likes

You said yourself that fans can't see games properly in that stadium and I am sure you know that United has been building step by step. You want a new 75000 seater that even United cannot afford right now. It's good to be passionate, but some realism would help.

Vish you are not making sense did FSG get the sponsorship deals because they had slicker tongues did they smile at them nicely ? The reason we are getting the deals now I'd because the sponsors want to because the game has taken off commercially it's different to moores day.
