Do you have inside knowledge of Arsenals finances because im pretty sure that Wenger has said the new stadium has affected his ability to spend on the team .
Wenger used that as an excuse to deflect attention away from his transfer policy. Members of the Arsenal board have stated more than once that finances where there if needed.
