Just heard an advert from the times saying in tomorrow's paper they are publishing documentation that will prove Qatar bought the world cup and this will rock FIFA to the ground.

Qatar World Cup: '$5m payments to officials' corruption claim
Fifa is facing fresh allegations of corruption over its controversial decision to award the 2022 World Cup to Qatar.
The Sunday Times has obtained millions of secret documents - emails, letters and bank transfers - which it alleges are proof that the disgraced Qatari football official Mohamed Bin Hammam made payments totalling $5m to football officials in return for their support for the Qatar bid.
----------------------------------------------------
Who did they ever think they were fooling? Very interested to see what the ramifications will be.

I'm sure Blatter will say that all those payments are related to business deals that have nothing to do with football. Even though those deals all involve Qatar and the FIFA panel. They must think we're all fcking idiots!
Also they have sacked Mohamed Bin Hammam for corruption so they will say new was a rouge agent and not a true representation of FIFA. It is also too late to take the world cup off Qatar due to the fact they have half built all the stadiums. They were probably told to start the building work ASAP so that it would be too late for a re-vote

Can you imagine how much negative press FIFA will receive during a world cup the entire world knows to have been bought corruptly? I can't imagine that FIFA will grin and bare it, surely heads will roll?

The biggest problem for FIFA is they cheated the most powerful country in the world out of the world cup! The USA will do everything in their power to destroy FIFA. The resources that they will put into investigating everyone from FIFA will make it near impossible for anyone at fifa to get away with the corruption they have been for decades.
I personally hope Blatter quits in disgrace and the 2022 world cup goes up for a re-vote. It will be a disgrace for the world cup to be played in January, in a country that has payed for it. Built stadiums that will be torn down the week after the tournament

The FIFA ex-co need to be removed in place of a fair vote involving every member state of FIFA in regards to world cup voting. The FIFA president should be limited to two terms of a maximum of 8 years. The times dates and venues of any bidding world cup venue should be taken into consideration before the final vote. Who in the world would have voted for a winter world cup? No one that's why FIFA hid their real agenda until after the vote took place.
