United will try and push through a deal for Shaw (£27m) ASAP this will mean that Southampton don't need to sell Lallana.

Chelsea have a problem because of FFP, they want Shaw but need to buy a striker (Costa £30+m) they can't afford to spend £70m on players. That's why they will most likely sell Lukaku and luis.
