Ok the last 9 days were difficult for us. We felt as if the league is already won and then came the Chelsea game.
Now we must shake off that last match out of our heads and just focus on the palace game. Should we just win the game and do not care about the goal difference? Or should we go on trying to score many goals in an attempt to close the goal difference gap?
I think we should give a go and try to score as many however if didn't get many goals by the 30th minute of the first half then we should forget about the number of goals and just try to win the match.
That's said I know palace is not an easy opponent especially there latest form so they can't be taken for granted.

I think Rodgers will approach with caution. City may still drop points, although its a bit unlikely. I'm sure the team will want to win the game, but it's important not to concede any goals against Palace. If we're up by 3 goals or more then the gloves come off, otherwise just take the win and be happy. If Sturridge is fit with Coutinho and Suarez on their game, it wont be an issue getting the opportunities to get goals. I don't think going all out firing left and right would work against Palace. I don't see any more than 3 goals against them to be honest. The players have to make use of any opportunity that comes their way. It's time to make use of those set pieces again as we did earlier in the season. No more random players taking corners, the man who's best at it(Gerrard) should take them.

An early goal could make all the difference in the world and set the pattern of the game.

What team/formation do we think BR will go with. Has to be attacking.
I'm thinking the most likely is:

------------------Migs------------------
Johnson----Skrtle------Sakho----Flanagan
-----------------Gerrard----------------
---------Coutinho--------Allen----------
-----------------Sterling---------------
---------Sturridge------Suarez----------

Brendan Rodgers has made one change to his Liverpool line-up for tonight's Barclays Premier League clash with Crystal Palace – Daniel Sturridge replaces Philippe Coutinho at Selhurst Park.

The striker returned from injury as a substitute during the Reds' 2-0 defeat by Chelsea eight days ago and is now included from the start, with his Brazilian teammate dropping to the bench.

Otherwise, the Northern Irishman retains faith with the same selection as in each of the past two matches; Victor Moses is eligible to re-join the squad after missing the tie with his parent club.

Midfielder Jordan Henderson, meanwhile, completes his three-game suspension this evening.

Rodgers' side can reclaim top spot in the Premier League from Manchester City with either a victory or a draw against the Eagles, ahead of the final weekend of the season.

Liverpool XI: Mignolet, Flanagan, Skrtel, Sakho, Johnson, Gerrard, Allen, Lucas, Sterling, Sturridge, Suarez.

Substitutes: Jones, Toure, Agger, Coutinho, Aspas, Moses, Cissokho.
