Looking forward to Suarez staying and 3 or 4 proven PL ready, top quality signings in the summer, plus a couple or 3 really good squad additions (back up) players + a clean out of the cheapies freebies and loanees brought in last summer. Then we’ll be in a position to sustain a challenge for the title, and give a good account of ourselves in the CL and Cups. Anything less and it’ll be ‘here we go again’ stuff.

Think the owners are going into silly season with the stance: What did we say? We're just fine. New additions? Why? We're already top of the league.

2-3 new players coming in perhaps. Not much more. And they will probably be in the £ 7-10 m bracket too.

Was just commenting on what I think the owners will do.

The owners aren't stuoid. They can see the success we've had with little investment so must see what is possible with some good investment. We have extra money coming from the Champions League so they have to spend.
