Although a point was all we needed I don't think It crossed my mind before the game to think oh lets play for a point. We played to win, we couldn't and got caught out with a mistake, no one can account for that happening tbh, also to keep on winning was a tall order at the end of the day. We have been scared every game for a good few weeks now of our winning streak ending. I would definitely have played for a draw, even said it here, but was boring some apparently. Some people are too emotional while to win you need to also be calculating and cunning. which is true.I will still say it Fair enough but how I would be happy right now if we had drawn, don't know about you, but just read that you would prefer us winning it this season and play attractive afterwards. I might be mistaken.

doesnt mean I supported the idea of going for a draw either. so u r the only one grieving and rest of us are happy playing an attacking game n losing it? what I have judged since sunday night is you telling everyone here "I told BR to go for a draw and he didnt listen.Who was right afterall?" and that was some question which needed an answer as is and i stand by my words.will be suicidal losing the title from here....you dumb [oops]..dont quote my words to me.I know what i say
Steven Gerrard: Heartbeat of LFC.

I have no doubt in my mind that we would have gotten a win or at least a draw if it wasn't for that slip.
I have never seen a team stick so many players behind the ball as I did watching Chelsea on Sunday. They totally lucked out, and without a doubt, it was luck. I just don't get how Gerrard missed it, that is cruel. Chelsea came for a draw, and our attack was average, because we were trying too hard.
Is it me, or has Suarez been a little average over the last few games?

What a load of complete and utter [oops]. Chelsea got a massive amount of luck in the first goal in that Gerrard first [oops] up by leaving his foot too high so the ball went under AND then slipped. Without that they had no [oops] chance of anything more than a point.
Sick of all this [oops] going on about Mourinho's tactics and how much of a genius he is. They barely got a touch outside their own half all game. Going for a draw when you're still not out of the championship is not being a genius, it's someone not having an idea of how to beat the opposition. 99 times out of 100 that match would end in a draw at best for Chelsea. The footballing gods just happened to be smiling on Chelsea for the match.... the [oops].

It was a cowardly way to play for me. No genius in what he did at all.

More tests like Chelsea next season I'm afraid.
I think we do need another option in terms of a striker. Lambert? Lfc fan?
Who knows but I wouldn't suddenly change the way we play for certain games. It's undermining to athe philosophy.
Read between my lines.

Is it me, or has Suarez been a little average over the last few games? May be by his own high standards, but Coutinho was definitely the weak link in our attack against Chelsea.
