The fact people are struggling to name suitable replacements proves my point that it's hard to find managers that actually win in football at the highest level. If Rafa is to go, Maureen is a great choice as he's a born winner but what's the chances?! Zero. Aside from him, there's nobody capable and that includes all the muppets in the tv studio having a pop at our club (Redknapp, Gray, Giles, Whelan, Merson).Redknapp had a go at Rafa about Alonso and he wasn't even playing in the game and Gray said same about Gerrard playing deeper at home is the difference,our home form is terrific Gray! Clowns the lot of them. Jol finishing 5th with a weak team. Rafa did too but also won the Champions league with a crap team!Rafa is staying, get use to it.

lucas there have been hundreds of threads with potential successors to rafa named, it's boring and i for one can't be arsed to rehash the same arguments over and over

i would love rafa to prove me wrong but he is not going to win the league with the attitude he has .... playing not to lose is no way to win things! plus his stubborn refusal to put the league as his main priority is enough of a reason to get rid - the league should be the first priority every season, everything else should be a bonus!

I am sorry Lucas but i agree with trepie, i used to be a big Rafa fan but this season has seen my faith disappear with the bad tactics and strange transfers.

I agree he properly will be there next season but if he does he has lots of Liverpool fans to convince believe me and if he starts next season off like this in bad form then the pressure will be unbelievable for him to go.

I will make this plain and simple:

Rafa has to go.

maureen has stated yet again that he loves english football and that he isn't that fond of italian football.
