He plays players out of position and plays too defensive when the pressure is on. I agree he has bought some good players and taken the club forward till this year.

But buying an unfit player who wont make an impact till next season (aqauman) ,well that was't the directors or budget constraints fault. That was Rafa taking a risk and it failed badly.

Also playing Lucas and the monster in the middle game after game when they don't create anything going forward and normally pass the ball sideways, again Rafa's fault.

Yes compared to man utd, Chelsea and city we haven't spent as much and our budget doesn't compare. But come on spurs, arsenal everton even have they spent massively over last summer and the transfer window. No they haven't.

I didn't expect us to win the league with such a budget and the limited buying but this is still a very under par season and thats not good enough.

yea i think we all knew from day one that lucas-masch in the middle was doomed to fail. i know stevie has been injuried but there still has been many opportunities where he could have dropped lucas and put stevie in that position, yet he was to stubborn to see what was wrong. i know he has been working with limited funds but to have a squad without any natural wingers is only rafas fault.

£20m on aquilani was a huge mistake. i don't doubt the lad has lots of potential but we needed him this season and i just can't understand why we never opted to sign sneijder or vdv in the alonso deal instead.

Rafa doesnt make a assessment of the players injury, thats up to the doctors mate:). Im not taking rafa's part, its just a point to note. If the doctors say Aqulani should be available in october, the coach goes with that. i doubt rafa can read a x-ray. lol grin

its a free forum, as long as we keep it in the rules, i see no problem. Zola is short, he shorter than a average guy, that makes him a dwarf:) Crouch is tall, he taller than a average guy. He feet stick out the bed:) Crouchie.

Ouchie grin

Yo swede, how was the nourouz? you jump over the fires?

i hear what you saying, i agree with much that you saying, but the thing i feel is that we have no guarantee that if he changes or swaps players the way you mention, then we will be in a better position. He has used lucas and masherano before, and we have doe well.

i still feel the torres and stevie axis hasnt worked this season, cos of injury, poor form.

i reckon, we going screw benfica, birmingham, fulham, all of them, we going take the points.

Yea, but dossena is a international for a class team, not like doyle.

Maybe dossena just couldnt settle at LFC, he still a better pedigree than doyle, even though tehy play in very different positions.

anyone who thinks rafa should stay aftrer this season must be mad. we have won nothing since 2006 and we are going to finish outside of the top four this season, thats not good enough

you can go on about how good we were last season all you like, but the fact of the matter is we didnt win anything, no trophies = failure for a top four side
