Completely agree with you there Keefe. Just how McLaughlin hasn't already been involved in the first team squad (considering how we've been crying out for cover at RB & LB) is beyond me.

Can't risk another injury to Lucas; and Henderson, Coutinho, and Suarez are starting to look jaded. A rest for them would be good, I think, with them on the bench if absolutely necessary. I'd be tempted to play Sterling, but I don't want him to burn out the way he did last season. I think that's enough first team players and experience to get the job done. I'd rather have a defeat than another key injury.

And what happens when we pick up two or three injuries as is common against teams like Oldham?
