I thought Suarez would've been rested maybe after the third goal. Hopefully he doesn't burn out towards the end of the season(Assuming he'll still be around)

In this form, with the rising of LFC on the horizon, why would he want to leave? He's said he only wants to win & play on the biggest stage.

If this rise continues, Suarez is going nowhere. He has a chance to become a legend at LFC instead of being just another fancy ornament pinned to the lapel of RM.

Besides, I don't think there's another club that could afford him anyway.

Great win but have to agree with flames that it means nothing if we don't beat Cardiff. It won't matter so much if we loose to City and the chavs but we must beat Cardiff.

And it's always nice to stuff Spurs after the [oops] love in they got in the summer. If AVB lasts the week after this I'll be surprised!

We have to beat Cardiff at home, but we also took 3 points off Spurs so it was a huge win.

Most will realistically say top 4 would be a great acheivement in this league but it's looking quite possible. People didn't get carried away after a great start and said 'we'll see where we are after 10-15 games'. Well, we're 2nd and that was really really impressive.

Henderson was excellent. Long was to go for Sterling but great to see Jordan attacking with more purpose. He could prove many of us wrong yet...

AVB certainly seems to dismantle teams. They look so flat and berift of ideas. I think they've been lucky to be within 6 points. One thing you can say about Liverpool is they're really playing for each other at the moment.

After Spurs, there's Everton & Man Utd. Everton in particular are bang on form so a long way to go yet.

Can't help wondering if the improvement in midfield is due to (gasp) Stevie G's absence. The quick passing and relentless pressing from the middle today was impressive.

I was considering starting a thread titled better without Gerrard? Instead of this thread, but it's way too early too say that. But today I was very impressed with the midfield, we completely bullied spurs off the ball.
