you seem to miss the point if a top player fails to win trophies he only has himself to blame because he has decided pick a club that hasn't won any. If your not one of the best players you have to have your career mapped out by clubs and what's best for them so there is a difference. Yet according to you Suarez is a rat etc for trying to get a move to a club in the summer to win trophies? So any other player doing that is just being a top player, but because it Suarez and you have an agenda against him, he's scum for doing it. Suarez should get the captaincy, wouldn't matter because he kills it every time anyway, can't imagine it changing his performance much. If Keene deserves it, then Suarez should get it without a doubt. Same class players.
