You say we should sell Hendo for 10m, then what, buy another Aspas? Hendo is still young and though he does not have top skills, it's not easy to find a player with his physical attributes. With hard work and confidence he has the potential to develop in a Lampard type player IMO.

I sort of agree with both sides in this. He provides a bit of much needed strength to the team, he does run up and down like a duracell bunny, he isn't particularly creative and can't go past people. So instead of sticking him where his strengths don't show as much but his weaknesses are glaringly obvious, having him as a defensive midfielder (as other people have mentioned) might be the way to go. He won't be expected to be particularly creative but he will be expected to get stuck in. And on the odd occasion he can pop up forward and blast a goal in from distance. Might be worth a try.
