But I still feel we'll end up better than last season.

That would have been ok with you then and we could still make top four? 1 point more is one defeat less and is a big difference over 5 games as it is equivalent to 7-8 pts over the season. 7-8 pts can be the difference between top 4 and not at the end of the season.
