That's pretty much how I feel too. I said before the transfer window, they have this season and next to get us into the CL and thereafter, they have to keep us there. Personally I don't care how much they spend or who they bring in, as long as they achieve those goals. Once we are stable in the top 4 I expect a full challenge for the title and all fronts.

I would agree with that marko let's see if they achieve it. If they do then we can all celebrate. But we also need to address the stadium issue don't forget which is probably FSG,s main job. We were probably at the level you describe 4 or 5 years ago and were sold to address the stadium issue. So if the stadium is not addressed and we achieve as you say then s it progression or restoring us to a prior start point ?

Stanley, firstly, the fact you are on this thread discussing it shows you do give a damn about the poll. Secondly, it was about 60-70 people that have voted so far, a fair sample size for koptalk. Of those, 67% voted that FSG are performing well or excellent, and 94% that they are performing average or better. The majority gave them a 4 out of 5. You can say you care or don't care, but you can't change the fact that people seem to think they're doing well.

Comparing where we're today to where we were under H&G is just plain stupid. We might have been in the CL but we were plagued by debt and on the verge of going under. To say we were taken back by FSG and that they were brought in purely because of the stadium issue is just ridiculous.

Last but not least, if you really feel that FSG are dragging LFC through the dirt and that fans like myself are to blame, that we are the ones somehow responsible, then you are really deluded my friend. I also don't appreciate you saying such stuff. I would never do or support anything I felt was detrimental to LFC, so bite me! ; D

I dont think so gillet and hicks were using the clubs operations to finance the purchase. Not the same thing as a trading deficit. I think you will find the clubs operations by which I mean trading are pretty much what they were then.

The only thing FSG add is they funded the purchase. Gillet and Hicks could not finance the purchase.

The got is out of debt thing is total nonsense by people who dont know what they are talking about.
