our next three league games are:
Swansea A
Southampton H
Sunderland A
What would be realistic and acceptable points tally from these three games?
for me anything less than 6 points would be a disaster! Absolutely ! Bollox to the past 3 results, these are 3 teams we should glide past if anyone on here thinks we are to achieve anything this season. I would say anything less than 9 points is a bad result. Of course, there are red cards and injuries that can happen but really no excuses to loose against any of these teams. Swansea included !!

I think we'll get 7 points from it, slipping up at Swansea. Tbh I didn't think we would win the first three games, so maybe something's changed. Don't forget we have Suarez coming back, we will have Toure and Sakho as defensive options. I think it's going to be quite hard to beat us.
I think it's good that were at the top during this break. Surely the players will see that and be eager to keep us up there. Team spirit seems strong, starting to have belief again.

Only way we can win all 3 games, is if we can 1. score more than 1 goal 2. Not slag off in the 2 half and 3. Convert our corners into goals. I think we got the most corners of all teams last season and even the beginning of the season with and yet did not capitalized.

9 points would be brilliant and we will be made up, I think 7 points should be doable,6 points would be the least i'd expect, less than 6 would be a huge blow and undo some of the good we have done up to now.

These next 3 games will be interesting,as in previous seasons for as long as I can remember we always managed to fukk things up in a big way when on paper we expect close to max points. 2 out of 9 points coming up.  for as long as I have supported Liverpool we have fck up when we have a run of fixtures like this. I hope its something that BR can manage to remove from the club, I feel we've always taken these games for granted & have only been fully committed in the bigger games. I've got a feeling BR will want to beat Swansea quite badly, so expecting full commitment for that game, but agree with you about the other 2 games. 7-9 points should be expected, 6 points would be acceptable, any less is unacceptable.
