Have they not already spoken about the vision for the club? To my unnderstanding they have stuck to their word of building a team, not just for the now, but for the future. They have stated that they want to win trophies for a long time and not just one season. They have spoken about the redevelopment of Anfield and how this has been progressing (even if it has been very slowly). This is what they said when they first took over the club and they have stuck by their word. They have a project in place that takes time to complete but to me their progress, in particular with squad development has been pretty good. They appointed BR who has done a terrific job in rebuilding the squad at little expense and it's understandable that FSG may be a little gun shy after the KD transfer debacle. As PB said, they agree that there has been mistakes made but they have also learnt from thos emistakes. The only for me that is concern is the amount of time the ground redevelopment has taken but that could also be due to legal issues or something out of their control.

I am mainly pro, but the key decision will be on the stadium. That is going to be the ultimate test, given they are being shrewd, not throwing money around unnecessarily, and getting value for money. I was always worried about e American obsession with salary caps, which is so foreign to how football is run in England.

I envy you guys that get to Anfield regularly, I just loose massive amounts of sleep watching on the box.

How would that work wakka ?

Just like I said, sell the current stadium(They dont have to pay for it then) continue to lower the wage bill and average age of plsyers while hoping to improve the squad further, therefore making the rest of the club more valuable.

They would pay an annual rental fee but would not have stadium staff, maintenance, rates and other expenses to pay.

This is just a thought that came to me because of FSG sloth like speed in building/revamping of the stadium.

I think FSG will find some sort of naming rights sponsorship deal. Something like Anfield warrior stadium, this would create enough revenue to pay for %90 of the redevelopment.

Even better would be the Speke warrior stadium.

Airport rail and direct motorway links and huge space to build a world class arena

Or residential anfield

Yeah, but the chances of that are rather slim, don't you think, seeing they said they would redevelop Anfield.
