David moyes has called into question how united ended up with the first five fixtures they have,
The reigning champions face Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester City in three of their first five matches, and Moyes has questioned how that run of matches came about.
He said: “I find it hard to believe that’s the way the balls came out of the bag, that’s for sure. I think it’s the hardest start Manchester United have had for 20 years and I hope it’s not because Man United won the league quite comfortably last season that the fixtures have been made much more difficult. It is certainly something I would question.
What a joke the first thing that goes against them and they accuse the league if corruption. He should have the book thrown at him for that.

Doesn't matter all got to play each other twice and MUFC will have weeks when they have easier games

Actually to be honest, i was prepared to say yes without even reading the post. I am convinced it happens. Even in tennis, a study has shown that the likelihood of Nadal, Murray and Djokovic being in the same half of the draw, the number of times they have been in the past 5 years, was minute. Yet it happened, even though the chances were something like one in a trillion.
The study went further, to explain that the sponsorship of the players played a huge role with Nike being the biggest sponsor and Adidas the 2nd biggest, that these sponsors had to have as many BIG matches as possible. IT also explains why, since dropping adidas and signing up with Uniqlo, Djokovic has had a much smaller number of draws against Nadal or Murray in the final.
Now the same principle doesnt apply in footie, but i am sure they too have their reasons for rigging the match calendar.

I totally agree with you, I KNEW(convinced) after wimbldon first round Murrey WOULD win it...
Freak year for injuries, Nadal played great at French open, even first tournement after injury, but out in first of Wimbledon???
77 years since Fred Perry won, Last brit win in 1977 (Virginia Wade), same year as Silver Jubilee 1977, this year ermmm Golden Jubilee??? Any takers???

Quite right we do all play each other twice so it doesn't really matter, but last season was a nightmare for us and a new manager.

As i said guys, take a quick look at that link i posted, read it, tell me what your opinions are then. I am convinced rigging takes place, there is also video evidence of it taking place in the nba. It happens in all sports, including football.
