cant believe reds believe this letter from reina , ok he has been a very top keeper still decent , but has not been that top keeper for at least 3 years and as i posted earlier , if barcelona or atletico madrid had come calling , he would have dropped liverpool like he was dropping crossed with no thought for the fans or the club , i think the club have called his bluff over this and brought in mignolet , look he has moved on he should be big enough top accept it , but a parting shot was not needed from him .

Kudos for pepe to actually take time to write us a letter. Not many would have bothered to do that. Not even fecking rat face torres who was probably one of the most adored players anfield has seen.
Much as I'm sad that he's leaving, the club did well to save millions in wages over the course of the season.
It was an open secret that pepe would like to leave for barca or spain one day. We needed to prepare beforehand.
And I also don't believe that pepe didn't know about moving to napoli w benitez beforehand. Rafa would have called pepe to ask before calling LFC about the possibility of a loan move.
In any case, I respect pepe's gesture and his letter. I wish him all the best at Napoli.

Agree here,Reina wanted out the door however his beloved Barca didn't come calling because Valdes is finishing his contract.If they had it would have been Liverwho.We got a new keeper because it still would have been an issue next season and we would then have been paying top top money.He is still our player and we are saving a few million on wages.We hear all this World Cup year but Reina's job as Spain's THIRD keeper seems to be for morale only,he never plays competitevly.He was agitating for a move for a long time and only seems to have upped his game because there was talk of Barca.This letter to fans has only spread more negative media coverage and if you were contemplating a move to LFC this summer would you go when you see
how poorly the board have treated a longstanding senior player,however I'll keep
the fans sweet Exactlyyou have described it perfectly. Reina needs to concentrate on football, A good servant to the club overall and an open honest letter. I think he wanted to go so the club hadn't much choice other then to replace him. Best of luck at Napoli Pepe.

Mr.Henry, FSG, you should be ashamed of yourselves for sending him on loan to save a few quid. Especially since you tried to make it look like he was instigating the move. F*ck Off if this is how you are gonna treat the players who love this club.
Pepe, wish you all the best, come back soon. AGREED! Even BR wanted him to stay. Its going to be brilliant now if Mingolet get injured or has a poor run of form. Pepe has more than proved his loyalty to LFC and he has it thrown back in his face, disgracful.
