NoMark One, this isn't meant to be a discussion about how to determine a world class player. I probably should have just put Best Goalkeepers so that you might actually contribute to the list. Neuer has been exceptional for Bayern, much like Casillas was and has been for Madrid. I'd very much agree with anyone who would categorise him as such.

All about opinions, so you would put Neuer the same as Casillas would you, Neuer who has just one One Champions league and a German Title only last season and before that he was at the mighty Schalke alongside Casillas who has played in the biggest games you can play in and won 5 La Ligas, 2 Champions Leagues, 2 European Championships and a World Cup, I think Neuer has the potential to be a fantastic world class goalie but come on as we speak is Neuer much like Casillas as you say because I cant agree with that.

Just because he has proven to have a world-class ability for 2/3 seasons, doesn't make him any less a world-class player. I am not saying he has done it for the extended period of time that Casillas has. Casillas is the better of the two based on success, consistency and experience, but that doesn't mean Neuer is NOT world class, only that Casillas is a better keeper on record. I am at the point where I am not sure who I would buy out of the two with an infinitely amount of money.

begovic but not much in it. mignolet is cheaper and younger so the better buy. probably pulls off more unreal saves too.begovic just owns his area more.
