With the fa idiots in charge
Pearce Failure in the u21 trmt as manager will lead him to getting a new deal
In any other job... U wud be sacked, asked to resign or u wud leave
Reason why England teams r not successful in trnmts cuzz the managers r poor, average ...
Successful managers in the epl r not English

It would be interesting to see how Stuart Pearce would get on as a prem manager. I think he would fall flat on his ass. :-)

Stuart Pearce in club management lol isn't this the guy who brought on David James out field a few years back at City when he had Darius Vassel on the bench?

Yes he would fall flat on his ass in the Prem as he was totally useless at that level a very very long time ago but he is better than the likes of Mark Hughes and possibly Sam Allardyce.
At 33/1 with Skybet he is worth a punt to be next Wigan manager. Long odds when people like Gary Megson quoted at 25/1. Championship would be his level and I am pretty sure that he could do a job there. I cannot see him being given another long contract by England so he might turn back to club football. No strong front runner and a lot of unproven and washed up managers being quoted at shorter prices.
As far as England U21 concerned probably a job for someone like David Platt although he may go where Mancini goes next.

And agreed some former assistant will take up the England U21 post, possibly Platt maybe one or two of Fergie's old coaches would be interested? Now that u say it Pearce would be a better coach to have than the likes of Pulis, Allardyce and Hughes. But his style of play is just as bad as those mentioned too
