By 'dealing with' EHD, you would then become scum. Doesn't matter what he's done on or off the football pitch, you can't 'deal' with people just because you don't like their actions. That's what the justice system is for.

Can't understand this thread!! How can somebody enjoy the fact soemone else has been beaten up? Don't know which is worse, the people who did it or the people who actually enjoy hearing it?

easy: the person that got beat up is worse than both.

Wonder how you two would react to being spat upon, kicked, abused, derided, sworn at in the company of friends and relatives... no doubt turn the other cheek and feel proud. Congratulations. You're great members of society.

Unfortunately I was unable to edit my original post above but further to that, EHD has done no harm to me and whilst I don't agree with some of his actions in regards to spitting etc I don't take any pleasure in seeing him being beaten up!

If someone spat on me, I would be angry, of course. If I was beaten up, I would be angry, of course. Would I retaliate? No.

I am not a violent person, but I'm not surprised by the views of some people here. Football fans already have a bad reputation for being violent thugs, you're doing the rest of us no favours.
