if benitez had won it with a lesser team then i think he would deserve massive credit , but he did it with one of the best teams in england and europe , so yes he won it but chelsea should have in my opinion .

I see what your saying but if as you say Rafa was part of the team then when you praise the team your surely praising Rafa too..... NO? AAAh go on you know you want too.

AAAh go on you know you want too. one thing i will say is well done chelsea i said it earlier they deserved it took there chance , benfica fluffed it big time , and now the only english team to win all 3 european trophies two CWC's the champ;ions league and the uefa cup .

let me pt it this way, if Chelsea lost no one would have credited it to some key players being missing and Rafa would of been the scapegoat. Now that they won,I hardly see a post congratulating him. Using they were the best team left in the competition isnt a assurance that they should win, before couple weeks ago Real and Barca were expected to win. I'm really happy that he won it, hopefully it will restore some respect that he deserves.

just look at mancini, best squad in England and got done..
Mourinho, great squad at madrid but really didnt do much in the years he was there did he??

Mourinho, great squad at madrid but really didnt do much in the years he was there did he??

what ever club he goes to next, if he has control and money to spend they will see a master at work! i thin k chelsea were certs to win it from day one , the draw fell there way all the way through and benfica fluffed there lines tonight big time , but i do believe chelsea were by miles the best team and should be winning cups and finishing in the top 4 the squad they have is fantastic , lets get it right , this squad of players won the CL last season under de matteo , i think chelsea deserved to win last night as they struck in there like english teams do and took there chances unlike benfica.
