reading there we have spent 4 times as much. yikes -

all that money and we rely on one of two stars. sad. too many foreigners pitching up here for a season or two and moving on. i fear next season our defence is so weak.

Most of our big money hasn't been spent on foreigners though.

Some great comments on the thread from Carheex not quoting em all but agree on them. ALL my United supporting buddies are raging that Moyes is the one been talked about, majority of them want Klopp or Jose and i hope they get neither, Jose doesn't build teams he buys them over 2 seasons with mega money he'll go to a mercenary club Madrid, PSG, Milans, Chelsea or City, Klopp i reckon will stay at Dortmund and be the next Germany manager. I pray to god that United hire Moyes, his negative tactics and huff ball will bring their fans back to earth nice and sharpish.

lol averages don't work in this case. 1 very low position against 8 reasonably high ones. on average he has finished above 10th most of the time

Fine - but wouldn't you 'expect' a club like Everton to be permanent fixture in the top half?

David Moyes confirms he will leave Everton at the end of the season opening the door for a more than likely move to United.

yes and no..to be so consistent over the 10 yrs ,he has had to sell his players like rooney arteta. how many managers spend big and muck it up and are out the door. so for 10yrs punching above their weight its an achievement . i would say besides maybe winning a cup no other manager could have done better and added such desire to a team over ten yrs, no other manager except fergie maybe. and moyes is a brilliant eye of talent. his transfers in the main have bee n fantastic.
