As a Utd fan, I don't think I'd be too happy if Moyes was seen as the best man to take over one of the biggest clubs in the world. The Utd fans that I know are all desperate for Mourinho. Major slip up there Car. truth always comes out in the end and sadly it makes sense .

There's a complete rebuilding job to do at Utd. Nearly all of Utd's best players are in their twilight years. They are the ones who are just about carrying the underwhelming youngsters. If Fergie is the greatest manager of all time then it's natural for them to start winning things far less often now......unless Moyes is the greatest manager of all time of coruse. Considering Moyes has never won anything (and doesn't have the FA in his back pocket), I don't think it's unreasonable to say that Utd won't be anything like the force that they have been. Today is a great day for football.
