I think Rodgers is going nowhere the only way he would get the sack is if we were in free fall but we seem to be going stronger.

I thought they played well, 3pts is 3pts, its going to be a good fight with Everton for the 6th place and the game at Anfield could be crucial. The only real disapointing part tonite is that some people might think it will strenghthen Rodgers position as manager which is something I dont really want...

So you don't want him to do well because you're afraid he'll stay? That's madness, I'm sorry.

Correct. Regardless of the opposition.

That's two 4 goal and two 5 goals hauls this season if I'm not mistaken

Can only beat what's put in front of you. Happy with the result at a place we've not been successful at for a while. Don't see why you can't be happy with that.

Wigan were sh1t, however its been a long time since we put in 9 goals from 2 games.

Doesn't matter if they were [oops]. We won. We've been beaten by [oops] this year and now we're not.

If we beat Spurs, watch out. That said, I think Spurs are our only worrying fixture for the rest of the season.

Take Bale out the game and Spurs are nothing.

sometimes you need a bit of bad if it can help the Club in the long run, if we never had bad results towards the end of Houllier, Benitez, Hodgson or Dalglish's reigns they would still be in the job treading water, two wins, a draw then a defeat, two wins, a draw then a defeat for ever and ever...
