It's hardly FSG's fault that Moores' sold to the chuckle brothers. H&G set us back years from where we were when DM sold the club. FSG aren't perfect but they are MUCH better than the last lot - people seem to forget how bad things were towards the end of their "reign".

In the final days of H&G if there had been an offer of new owners who will pay off our debts and then spend >100 mill on players (irrespective of how this has been funded they've still spent it) then everyone single fan within Anfield would have accepted in a heartbeat.

As for the stadium we've been trying to get this sorted for 20 years - and you're criticising FSG for not resolving it within a couple of years ?

When DM sold the family silver to the two biggest, penniless morons on the planet without even doing the most basic of background checks our top 4 days were numbered. We'd all love an Abu Dhabi Sheikh to come and buy the club, however, there aren't too many of these around and we're more likely to get the next Venkys than another Abramovich (and given the way he controls Chelsea - would you really want that ??).

This is open to question as the plans haven't been finalised yet. Why don't you just wait and see ay? Prime example of negative before anythings happened

None sense anfield will be a challenge and a half getting to 60k no way could we expand it further. We might not need to but the point is we will never have the future option it's a bigger mistake than moores when he revamped anfield only to then decide a new stadium was the preferred option. And all because FSG don't have the money

Totally agree there are bad and good points to all ownerships. Some people only see the bad.

65,000 is being spoke about actually.

And as I said that would would be a start. Better than the emirates. Better than city Stamford bridge, white Hart lane, St. James's park, etc etc.

Would you rather wait for a new stadium instead of investing in redeveloping anfeild and generating more money with the extra seats.

65k no way? It might be being talked about but these things always start big and then fall down the new stadium was 75k then became 60k. I expect a revamped anfield to be 55k with all the regs etc these days. And that will be forever. I would have preferred new stadium 60k with an option to go t 90k. Yes expensive but T
That's the game if they cannot compete they should never have bought us

Well like I said Stanley there's no point speculating on things until they happen .

The minimum they've talked about is 60,000 so I don't think there would be any point expanding to 55,000 and I don't think they'd be going to all the bother to just expand to 55,000. The council have just announced the 14 million in investing in new homes. Etc etc.

Too little too late. The club s already well behind our Rivals and with such a low capacity ad FSG greed the ticket prices will be through the roof

Alright Stanley we don't have to agree, no hard feelings. Time will tell. In the mean time I'd rather support the team and be positive about the things that are actually positive. If you can't see the sugar from the sh1t every now and then What the point.

I do my best I think we could get fourth this season and if you watch these forums I am constantly battling on that one but that is despite FSG not because of them.
